Reminder ! Ongoing Youth Fundraiser!
Thanks to everyone who has been partnering with us in our effort to keep our recycling bin full! to date we have recycled 6,601 pounds (3.3 tons) of paper saving 5.15 cubic yards of landfill space. So keep up the good work and invite your friends and neighbors to join in this effort. Our bin recycles the following:
-Newspapers
-Inserts
-Magazines
-Catalogs
-Office/School papers
-Paperback books
-Workbooks
-Shredded paper (in a plastic bag please)
NO colored paper, tissue paper or wrapping paper.
NO food, fiberboard, chipboard or cardboard.
NO textbooks, hardcover books or phone books please.
The PRIME TIMERS also need your aluminum cans and clean foil and aluminum cooking containers. the proceeds from aluminum recycling are used to buy coffee, sugar, tea, paper goods and other supplies used in the kitchen.
